AAE's Portable Indoor Weight Cage offers durability, mobility, and safety with a standard 12'-0" protective height, customizable upon request. Built with fully welded 4" square heavy-wall aluminum frames, it features a 3/8" thick rubber lining to absorb impacts and heavy-gauge, double-ply knotless netting for added strength.Designed for easy transport, the cage includes four hydraulic wheel jacks for lifting and five outrigger-style wheels to keep it slightly raised for smooth movement. Optional hinged swivel gates adjust for left- or right-handed throwers and meet NCAA rules. Without gates, the cage can also be used for shot put events, making it a versatile indoor training tool.
