Double Sliding Gates in Minnesota

Uneven terrain made selecting a gate especially challenging for homeowner Eric. A ground-mounted system wasn’t an option due to the gravel driveway and sloped grade, so he searched for a solution that could reliably secure his property under those conditions—and found DuraGates. Because the hardware is fully cantilevered off the ground, it proved to be an ideal fit.Despite the sloped driveway, the cantilever system performs flawlessly. As shown in the installation, the right side of the gate was raised to accommodate the downward slope to the left, allowing the two gates to align and meet cleanly at the center. To withstand harsh Minnesota winters, Eric opted for the Integrator CGS-500.8M model, which houses the gear rack inside the bottom track for added protection. The system is powered by two ARES gate operators, delivering smooth, reliable operation year-round.
