They are ideal for interior and exterior wood, hollow-metal and aluminum doors and frames. When closed, the SureClose® CONCEALFIT system cannot be seen or tampered with. They also provide burglary and vandalism resistance. Superb engineering and patented design allow total concealment of the hinge-closer unit in a remarkably small housing.The Hinge-Closer is easily adjustable in three dimensions (horizontal, vertical and in/out) for fine positioning and speedy gate alignment. It features fine controls for primary closing speed, latching speed and backcheck, plus UL10C fire-rating and is suitable for ADA use and independently tested to over 500,000 open/close cycles. SureClose® CONCEALFIT is designed for premium flush doors and “invisible” doors. With NO hold-open feature, it opens to, and self-closes from, 125°. Steel receivers for hollow-core doors, and routing templates and drill jig for wood door, are sold separately.
