High School Pit Form System with Sand Catcher (PFS-HS-SC)
AAE's High School Pit Form System with Sand Catcher provides a concrete-free solution with easy sand retrieval. Assembly is simple: construct the form system, level it, backfill, and add sand. The system is made with 12-gauge galvanized steel and reinforced with aluminum beams. Solid aluminum sand catcher trays collect any sand that escapes from the pit, making it easy to dump back into the pit for reuse. The recessed sand catcher trays are designed to accept a 3/8" contractor-applied synthetic track surface. An optional perforated rubber surface can be factory-applied, and an optional aluminum pit cover with a 3/8" recessed top is available for on-site application of synthetic track surface or turf. The overall pit dimensions are 23'-2½" x 10'-0" (3.05m x 7.08m).
