Kafka Granite, LLC is a family owned and operated company that was started in 1979 by Glenn Kafka. With hard work, perseverance, innovation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Kafka Granite has grown from their origin as a supplier of decomposed granite road material into one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of specialty aggregates and crushed stone in the United States. Their architectural aggregates, decomposed granite, boulders, and recycled products are used for many applications including, but not limited to, landscaping stone, architectural precast concrete, terrazzo flooring, epoxy resin tile, pathway and ballyard materials, and non-skid surfacing.

Kafka Granite Pathway Materials are used where a firm pathway is required for pedestrian or vehicular traffic, but a natural look, unlike hardscape surfaces, is preferred. We offer decomposed granite pathways in three variations: Standard Pathway Aggregate, Stabilized Pathway Aggregate and Wax-Coated Pathway Aggregate. Pathways made with decomposed granite materials are an affordable and aesthetically pleasing alternative to concrete, asphalt, pavers and other hardscape surface materials.
