Kafka Granite, LLC is a family owned and operated company that was started in 1979 by Glenn Kafka. With hard work, perseverance, innovation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Kafka Granite has grown from their origin as a supplier of decomposed granite road material into one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of specialty aggregates and crushed stone in the United States. Their architectural aggregates, decomposed granite, boulders, and recycled products are used for many applications including, but not limited to, landscaping stone, architectural precast concrete, terrazzo flooring, epoxy resin tile, pathway and ballyard materials, and non-skid surfacing.

This spectacular landscape features both Kafka Granite Thin Stone Veneer and Natural Stone Hardscapes. Existing concrete retaining walls are faced with Galaxy Glitter Thin Stone Veneer in a Dimensional Cut, and topped with Starlight Black Granite Caps for a contemporary look. Additional retaining walls are created with Starlight Black Granite Sawn Cut Drywall. The transition from the landscape stone to the lawn is edged with Starlight Black Granite Sawn Edging. A curved staircase of Starlight Black Granite Thermal-Top Steps creates a dramatic descent to the pool area and lake.
