Scope of work:PlaySafe Canada was selected to install PlaySafe Rubber Playground Surfacing for the new condominium complex at 1700 Bovaird Drive West. The design featured a high fall height bounce layer for superior impact protection and a coloured surface engineered for both aesthetic appeal and heat dispersion. The finished surface was thoughtfully matched to the playground and condominium’s colour palette for a cohesive look.The install:Working within an active construction zone, our team coordinated closely with Lagerfeld Alliance Construction to meet overall project timelines and comply with certification and safety requirements, including WHMIS. Protective coverings were used to safeguard existing concrete areas, ensuring safe and efficient access throughout the installation process.The result:The completed play space provides residents with a safe, durable, and visually unified surface that enhances both function and design within the condominium grounds. PlaySafe Rubber Playground Surfacing proved to be the perfect solution—delivering lasting safety performance, comfort, and vibrant design flexibility.
