The PS-022-ST-CE model features two all gender, single-occupant concrete block restrooms complete with two (2) flush toilets and two (2) sinks, that will accommodate up to 90 users per hour. This building is an expanded version of the PS-022 model, with a covered entry and an additional storage room along the back. This restroom is ADA code compliant and built with proprietary vandal resistant components.This floor plan is designed with the utility chase in between the two restrooms to allow for easy access to all plumbing and electrical mechanisms. The design utilizes natural ventilation and is easily maintained with non-absorbent concrete floors and concrete block walls. The covered entry is a great choice for areas that lack natural shade or need extra protection from weather elements.The photos to the left show the same model with and without a front alcove. The front alcove is added when you want to include drinking fountains and a bottle filler to the building.
