Built with Sprinturf Dual Fiber Elite technology, the system pairs UltraBlade slit-film coverage and infill control with the resilience and defined blade profile of Sprinturf C8 monofilament fiber.UltraBlade slit-film technology anchors the construction with a 120-micron fibrillated long-slit fiber engineered to maintain coverage and manage infill movement. The 330-micron Sprinturf C8 monofilament fiber adds resilient structure and an upright surface profile, giving athletes a responsive feel underfoot while supporting a clean, consistent field appearance.Manufactured in the USA, UltraBlade DFE combines proprietary Exxon metallocene slit-film resin with high-performance C8 monofilament resin for durable, long-term wear resistance. The UltraBlade fiber technology in this system is part of a proven platform with more than 3,500 installations, giving buyers confidence in a product built on real field experience.From pellet to play, Sprinturf’s integrated process connects fiber quality, manufacturing control, and field accountability. The result is a durable, high-performing surface where athletes can compete with confidence and communities have reliable access to the fields they count on. Sprinturf UltraBlade DFE turf is independently tested and certified by accredited third-party laboratories for health and environmental safety. Testing verifies compliance for PFAS (EPA Method 1633, with no PFAS compounds detected above reporting limits), polyaromatic hydrocarbons (ASTM F3496), and extractable hazardous metals (ASTM F3188 and EN 71-3). Complete certificates of compliance and laboratory test reports are provided below.
